ORPINGTONS BUFF PULLET

Orpingtons are know for their sweet-tempered, docile nature. they're a sizeable and curvy bird with loose, fluffy feathering which makes them seem even larger. Orpingtons are easy to handle - in fact they enjoy it but given their passive nature they tend to be low on the pecking order. Hens are good layer of brown eggs that often go broody. They make outstanding mothers. Mature weight 8 to 10 lbs. Good layer. Cold/Heat tolerant. Very broody.
