A highly water resistant acrylic resin formulation designed as a bonding agent admixture for thin Portland cement coatings. Enhances bonding and water resistance of concrete patching materials, stucco, surface bonding cement, thin-set mortars and tile grouts. Exceeds the requirements of ASTM C 1438. Eliminates moist curing in most circumstances. Reduces permeability.
